Abhinav Raghuvanshi
Ms. Reddy obtained my LL.B. from ILS Law College Pune University and LL.M. from the University of California, Los Angeles, (UCLA) School of Law, USA, (Specialization-International and Comparative law, including business transactions, intellectual property laws, and human rights). Presently an independent practitioner/advocate practicing, in all aspects of civil, criminal, and corporate/company law, including land, revenue, Pollution Control, Consumer litigation, service matters, taxation, and some criminal matters. She also has an intense Public Interest Litigation (PIL) practice representing several NGO’s and good governance organizations. In Hyderabad, she represents Aware Citizen Foundation and other women welfare organizations and cases relating women issues. She also advises clients, in relation to Convincing work related to corporate transactional matters and international business, commercial arbitration matters and documentation relating to the same, and following up on all litigation and arbitration, related matters in court to advise the client accordingly on prospective course of action.
Her prior experience also includes working as a Foreign Attorney for the Human Rights Project, Los Angeles, specializing in asylum and refugee law and related litigation. She specialized in immigration and deportation cases, including the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Ninth Circuit Fifth, and the third circuit primarily. She has dealt with all aspects of immigration practice including asylum and other related litigation matters and business immigration.
Along with professional experience, she has teaching and academic experience spanning 7 years in both the United States and India. She was an Assistant Professor of Government Regulations and Business and International business law at California International University, Los Angeles, CA, USA., and an Assistant Professor for International law, International Business Law and International Human rights and Humanitarian and Refugee Law at NALSAR University. Also, have several researched and referenced publications.
Ms. Reddy represents many organizations in Hyderabad on behalf of Aware Citizen Foundation and has also conducted training programs on POSH.
Meena Grace Lokhande
Sonia Rajesh comes with 9 years of rich experience in the field of law with an interesting mix of Corporate, Commercial, and Litigation practice. Sonia is an enterprising dynamic young women lawyer assisting clients overcome their hurdles and legal challenges thru advisory, counseling, and representing them before various forums which include the High Court of Karnataka, Civil Courts, and Family Court.
As an independent legal counsel, Sonia primarily focuses on Women and Family related matters which include Criminal defense, Pre and Postmarital disharmony, Domestic violence, and sexual harassment at workplaces.
As a secondary area of interest, she assists clients with mediation and resolving disputes over property-related matters including various elements of documentation not limited to Will, Power of Attorney, Gift Deed, and other inheritance-related challenges.
Few of her marquee accomplishments include
- Winning Child Custody case for her client in 2011 at High court of Karnataka
- Resolving a contested divorce case thru an out of court settlement in 2013
- Recovery of money from a land developer thru counseling in the year 2014
Assisting her client to overcome false allegations levied by his wife in domestic violence and dowry harassment 498A case in 2016
Sonia strongly believes in Counselling and out-of-court settlements to expedite the matters as her first step and only in case of awful situations suggests taking matters to the courts for a legal battle.
Currently, she is filing a Public Interest Litigation to bring in strong compliance in the traffic motor act insisting mandatory use of low beam driving in city limits to overcome accidents caused because of drivers being momentarily blinded due to high beam.
Sonia is an avid blogger and contributes her time in social activities volunteering for causes like child safety and human rights.

A corporate legal trainer, she believes in sharing expert knowledge through training to achieve excellence and competence.
Deepa’s exceptional analytical skills influence the participants immensely. Her active listening helps participants articulate the issues holistically.
Having spent nearly three decades in legal management and the interface had with the legal luminaries, she has earned vast experience. This enables her to empathize with the problems of participants and to advise them appropriately during the sessions. The training sessions conducted with Indian Aviation Academy, New Delhi and Princeton Academy, Mumbai, Deepa have achieved mastery of the legal training. Her core expertise is in Law relating to Women, Contract drafting & Management, Employee and Labour Laws, Aviation Law, and Arbitration. She is also a certified trainer from the Indian Academy of Training & Development, Chennai.
She undertakes training on the Laws related to Women in workplaces including the sessions pertaining to the prevention of sexual harassment at workplaces and Labor Management. She also advises the non-government organizations that deal with women issues in India. Deepa graduated in Law from Rajasthan University. She has done her advanced studies in IPR, Cyber Law.
Shilpi Mohan
A Learning & Development specialist, Shilpi has worked with corporates as an all-around HR generalist with L&D, OD, and Talent specializations gained in a variety of sectors, She has designed and developed course outlines and learning programs on Organisation development and Human behavior in organizational settings. She has curated multiple open house programs and lectures on human development, Women empowerment, and Prevention of Sexual harassment.
Shilpi leads all Gender initiatives of the organization and helps design gender-sensitive and inclusive workplaces.
